Included in your purchase:

✔︎ The number of characters you pick, characters are defined as humans or pets. NOTE: babies swaddled in arms or toddlers sitting on hips are free so DO NOT count them as an additional character. However toddlers sitting on a blanket, in a crib, or in a stroller are considered an additional character.

✔︎ Text (that will read exactly as you specify, case sensitive). Most commonly people choose to display the families last name, and the current year, or the year of establishment. However you are free to choose a phrase or quote instead.

✔︎ Natural wood frame, if you prefer a different color please let me know right away. Frame sizes start at 5x5 and increase in size depending on the amount of characters and add on items.

✔︎ Simple and tiny details like hearts or very small flowers

AFTER purchasing your Custom Cross Stitch Portrait be prepared to have an email exchange with me, [email protected]. In this email exchange be prepared to send me photos of the characters. If you prefer texting we can also communicate that way.
Photos needed:
- Photos of all the characters
- Photos of outfit preferences
- Communication about how you want hair styles to look
- Communication on whether to include or exclude details like facial hair, glasses, jewelry, eye color, and pet collar color.

NOTES

✨ I CANNOT START stitching a portrait until 100% of the details have been discussed, so the progress of your portrait is completely dependent on you and your ability to communicate by answering questions and sending me details.

✨ Orders ship 5-6 weeks after purchase.

✨ Other embellishments like floral garlands, houses, plants, or borders are an ADDITIONAL COST so please add those to your cart before checking out. You can find these add on items by clicking Products above ⬆️ to reveal those listings.

✨ This is my ARTISTIC representation of your family. Therefore it will not be 100% true to form or scale.

✨ After your portrait is completed I reserve the right to post photos of the progress or completed portrait on my social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook). I will work with you on timing so I don't ruin any surprises.
